Thank you for agreeing to speak at the upcoming MG Ohio Regional Conference on August 26, 2023. The conference opens at 9 am for Vendor room set-up with participants arriving at 9:30 am. Sessions run from 10 am to 4:45 pm. Your time slot can be found on the conference agenda. Your session may be in the main room which seat approx. 200 or in the second floor auditorium that seats 125. Each session (except for the new treatments session) runs for 45 minutes and your talk should be about 20 – 30 minutes. Please allow time for questions.
You are also welcome to be a part of the panel at the end of the day (Session 9). We would love to have you join us for lunch. Please register online at https://mgohio.org/regional-conference-1 and register for the conference as a presenter. When you register you will be asked to choose any dietary restrictions for lunch.
We will be publishing a program for this event. Please send via email a brief bio (up to 200 words) to include in the program. You may also include a picture of yourself and / or the phone number and website for your business if you desire.

Please let me know if you will be presenting using PowerPoint or other electronic media. If you will be using our computers during the conference, please save your PowerPoint with the title of your talk and your initials and send the draft to me via email no later than August 13, 2023 or save your presentation on a thumb drive and bring the drive to the library on the day of the conference.
